I obviously love fitness since I am a Certified Personal Trainer and yoga instructor. My fitness philosophy is simple: put yourself at the top of your priority list. Make time for your workouts. All it takes is 30 to 60 minutes a day. You only have one body, so take care of it by moving and (hopefully) sweating every day. You do not have to go hard every day of the week which I would actually not recommend to anyone. Listen to your body and do the things that you enjoy! Try a new yoga class this week!
